Trillium University
Rusty Rabbit Music is now establishing our Trillium University as a place for others to educate and learn.
Enrolment is not a requirement to take classes, or even present educational items etc.
However: Students, Educators, Deans, and Schools may elect to be a part of Trillium University with additional appropriate features available to them.
Select:
Student if you wish to monitor your progress and credits.
Educator if you wish also to offer classes and students taking them.
Dean if you wish also to include other Educators and manage them in a department.
School if you wish also to include other Deans and manage them as a school.
Lessons etc. will be listed as items in the store, with a minimum price of 0.01 Rusty Coins.
Students who successfully complete any will be given 1 credit per lesson if under 1 Rusty Coins in cost, or credits amounting to what they paid in Rusty Coins, unless otherwise stated by the Educator.
Our terms of service.
In becoming a member, you are agreeing to abide by these terms of service.
These terms may be modified from time to time by Rusty Rabbit Music, and your only recourse if you do not wish to abide by them is to remove yourself from membership.
You may be removed by us if we feel you are not abiding by these terms.
First and foremost:
You may not use Rusty Coins for anything illegal. That not only includes what is illegal in your area, but also what is illegal in the area of any individual or organization you transact with or give coins to.
All gifts which you make must be non-conditional.
The gift feature of sending Rusty Coins is not to be used in a transaction, nor payment for services or products of any kind. This includes payment of debts, and deposits.
Account types:
There are two distinct types of accounts.
- Individual human accounts, including business own by one person.
- Organization accounts consisting of entities of myltiple people such as:
- Clubs
- Religions
- Unions
- Corporations
- Governments
- Partnerships
Why the Name "Rusty Coins"?
The project originated as an idea to add to our Rusty Rabbin Music website. A site centered around music here in our shop, creating, jamming and teaching one another. Outside the door sat a rusty metal sculpture, and one of our friends playfully suggested the name based on it.
What Can You Do With Them?
- You can give coins to friends, family, and organizations.
- Trade for items or services.
- Offer your goods and services in exchange for them.
How is this system funded?
On all transactions greater than 10 Rusty Coins an additional fee (initially 10%) is added onto the amount set by the seller, and included in the displayed price.
One way gifts are not charged any fee. It is to be understood by all parties that there is no contractual obligation on the part reciever should they accept such a gift.
And what about organizations?
There are many types of organizations we classify as non-human such as:
- Clubs and fraternal organizations.
- Local and national governments.
- Churches and charities.
- Businesses and corporations.
They are all welcome to join as non-human members. However, as non-humans they are not eligible to earn Rusty Coins as a type of basic income and initially have nor Rusty Coins in their account.
They may however interact in almost any other way as human members do. Gift or receive Rusty Coins, list items for sale and sell them, or buy items.
About Privacy.
Your privacy, in plain English
We respect your privacy and keep things as simple as possible.

Signing in uses a temporary browser session so the site knows it’s you.
This is required for features like comments, classes, and virtual coins.

We do not sell your data or track you across other websites.

Most of Rusty Rabbit Music can be browsed without logging in.

Information you post publicly (such as comments) is visible to others.
